Can you believe it – 2023 is almost over?! We wanted to take a moment to reflect and look back on some of the highlights from 2023. With the year ending, it’s time to think of the new possibilities in the future. We are excited for what’s in store for 2024!

2. Steelcase Premier Partner Award Recipient
We are thrilled to announce that Connect Interiors has received the 2022 Steelcase Premier Partner Award! As a multi-year award recipient, we are honored and thankful to our team, partners and clients. We are grateful to continue doing what we love each day.
3. LOCALS lOVES US
Thank you Fargo-Moorhead! Connect Interiors is honored to be a 2022-2023 award winner for Locals Love Us in the Office Supplies/Furniture category. We are so proud of the work that our team does each and every day and this would not be possible without the trust and partnership of our clients.
4. Bremer Bank: Be Inspired: Connecting Women Leaders
CharRae was invited by Bremer Bank to be a panelist at the 4th Annual Be Inspired: Connect Women Leaders event. CharRae did a fantastic job of sharing her personal story of business ownership and her leadership philosophies. Our team left truly inspired and grateful for her leadership!
5. TEAM EVENTS
Our Culture Committee brings the fun! With three main areas of focus, this volunteer group meets monthly to plan new and exciting ways to keep our team engaged and connected to their work, each other, and our communities! Here’s a photo of one of our team events as we celebrated Halloween.
6. MINNECON
Some of our team traveled to the Twin Cities for Minnecon 2023! This one day event packs a punch with tradeshow displays, CEUs, and networking. Our team left inspired and energized!
7. NDID Showcase
Connect Interiors is proud to support the North Dakota Interior Designers (NDID) Interior Showcase each year. The Annual Showcase features the latest industry products and materials and provides the opportunity to connect with industry partners.
8. Architecture & Design Trip To Minneapolis
We had the opportunity to host a group of Interior Designers from local Architecture and Design firms for a day of fun in Minneapolis. Our friends from Steelcase helped us share the latest products, insights, and trends. Ending the day at Top Golf was the par-fect way to end the day!
9. Community Involvement
Making an impact and giving back to our communities is one of the pillars of Culture Committee. Here are a just a few highlights from the past year. Way to go Team!
10. Renewal of Women-Owned Business Certifications
We received our recertification as a Women’s Business Enterprise by the Women’s Business Enterprise National Council (WBENC), Women Owned Small Business by the Women Owned Small Business program (WOSB) and a North Dakota Certified Women-Owned Business by the ND Women’s Business Center (NDWBC). A couple members of our leadership team were even featured in NDWBC videos – Hear Her Story, Advice for Women Entrepreneurs.
