We may be biased, but we have some pretty spectacular team members! Our Culture Committee wanted to find a way to acknowledge and recognize when a team member exemplifies one (or more) of our Core Values. With that, the Peer-to-Peer Recognition Program was created. Each month, team members submit nominations based on their personal experiences or interactions with fellow team members who have embodied our Core Values.

Employee of the Month
The Employee of the Month is randomly selected from all those nominated. This program started in May and we were able to recognize eight incredible team members who were all very deserving.

Employee of the Quarter
All team members who were awarded Employee of the Month are eligible for Employee of the Quarter (depending on what month they were nominated in dictated which quarter they were eligible for). This selection is voted on by our leadership team and announced at our Quarterly Business Review meetings.

We are proud to share that Jordan Johnson has been recognized as Connect Interior’s 2022 Employee of the Year! Jordan has been making an impact since he joined the organization about 18 months ago. He shines in helping other team members from all departments, having his client’s best interest in mind, always willing to dig in to find solutions and brings a positive attitude each day. Jordan, truly, encompasses all of our Core Values and we are so proud to have him on our team. Well deserved and congratulations, Jordan!
